Founded by Jennifer Legnini who has 25 years of experience in visual arts, graphic design and culinary arts as well as holistic land design and management and commercial agriculture.

Along with a B.A. in Arts and minor studies in geology and anthropology, she holds a culinary arts certificate from the Escoffier School and food handling and manufacturing licensure thru ServSafe, Better Process Control School from UC Davis and is HACCP certified.

With a commitment to whole system design her principles are defined by the importance of understanding the seasonality for food and lifestyle as well as best agricultural practices for both a healthful diet and for the health of soil, water and energy resources.
